Torq is rapidly growing cybersecurity company that is looking for a Customer Success Engineer. They help customers unlock the full potential of security hyperautomation platform, working closely with a global, highly skilled team. The Customer Success Engineer will be a key member of the Field Engineering team.

What this role involves:
  • Guiding customers on their automation journey.
  • Providing expert technical support, resolving complex challenges.
  • Collaborating with product and engineering teams to shape product roadmap.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in security and automation.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with SOAR/Automation technologies or a similar role.
  • 5+ years in customer-facing positions.
  • Proven expertise in security, automation, scripting, and API integration.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience with security operations centers (SOC), cloud environments, EDR, and SIEM technologies is highly desirable.
