Torq, a cybersecurity company experiencing rapid growth, is seeking a Customer Success Engineer in London. The role involves helping customers maximize the potential of Torq's security hyperautomation platform. The Customer Success Engineer will collaborate with a global team to provide technical expertise, solve problems, and offer insights into the product's future.

The Customer Success Engineer will work closely with product and engineering teams to shape Torq’s roadmap based on customer feedback and emerging trends.

What this role involves:

  • Guiding customers on their automation journey.
  • Providing expert technical support.
  • Collaborating with product and engineering teams.
  • Staying up-to-date with security and automation trends.
  • Delivering technical and industry thought leadership.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the Torq solution.
  • Partnering with other teams to present services offerings and training.
  • Triaging and prioritizing reported customer incidents.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with SOAR/Automation technologies.
  • 5+ years in customer-facing positions.
  • Expertise in security, automation, scripting, and API integration.
  • Experience with security operations centers (SOC), cloud environments, EDR, and SIEM technologies is highly desirable.
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience
  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in designing and writing automation scripts (scripting - bash/python)
  • Experience in reading APIs and security
