Security Lead at Afresh

Afresh is seeking a Security Lead to safeguard the organization's digital assets.

The Security Lead will protect the company from security risks. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assess vulnerabilities, and reinforce security measures. The role involves developing and implementing security strategies, conducting assessments, and fostering a culture of security awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security strategies.
• Lead execution of security projects.
• Represent the company to customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits.
• Assess potential risks and vulnerabilities.
• Evangelize and foster a culture of security awareness.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in Security Engineering or similar
• Experience being a Team Lead across the organization
• Prior experience with Security for Cloud Infrastructure/Kubernetes
• Demonstrated effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Expert understanding of industry standards
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar (preferred)
