CLARK is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to focus on strategic partnerships. The role involves acquiring major partner firms and establishing CLARK as a key strategic partner. The ideal candidate will develop individual strategies to attract top companies as partners and significantly increase their revenues. The candidate will plan and define joint strategies with partners, interact with decision-makers, and conduct results-oriented negotiations.
Role Involves:
- Acquiring major partner firms and establishing CLARK as a strategic partner.
- Developing individual approaches to attract top companies as cooperation partners.
- Planning and defining joint strategies with partners and negotiating contracts.
- Analyzing client situations and deriving targeted cooperation opportunities.
- Building and expanding own network and developing customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Completed studies or vocational training with experience in Key Account Hunting.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record in successful acquisition of key accounts.
- Target-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking and a focused, solution-oriented way of working.
- Strong implementation skills and analytical understanding, coupled with flexibility.
- Empathy and a winning attitude, combined with a healthy sense of humor.
