The Outbound Specialist will be responsible for contacting existing customers by phone and inviting them to personal appointments. The role focuses on scheduling appointments rather than selling products, providing customers with the opportunity to discuss their questions and needs with insurance experts. Ensuring customer satisfaction through friendly and professional communication is a key aspect of the role.

Responsibilities:

• Contacting existing customers by phone to schedule appointments
• Inviting customers to personal consultation appointments
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through friendly and professional communication

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, ideally with experience in telephony
• Excellent German skills in spoken and written form (English skills are an advantage)
• Completed training in the insurance sector is an advantage
• Independent and structured way of working
• Reliability, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
• Friendly and confident manner
