Salesforce Developer (m/f/x) at CLARK

CLARK, a leading insurtech unicorn, is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join their team in either Berlin or Frankfurt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role involves close collaboration with project managers, developers, and various internal departments to ensure seamless project strategies and effective teamwork.

The Salesforce Developer will provide comprehensive system administration support for both internal and customer-facing Salesforce environments. They will identify opportunities for system enhancements and implement changes to optimize functionality and performance, aligning with internal needs and industry best practices.

Role involves:

• Designing and developing customized solutions within Salesforce.
• Overseeing the daily support, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce instance.
• Collaborating with project managers and internal departments for cohesive project strategies.
• Providing system administration support for Salesforce environments.
• Identifying opportunities for system enhancements and implementing changes.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of software development experience, with at least 3-4 years in Salesforce application development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in Salesforce customizations, configurations, Flows, Apex, LWC, Aura and Visualforce pages with JavaScript.
• Experience with tools such as Apex Data Loader and Visual Studio Code.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and experience building integrations with Salesforce.com.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
