Senior IT Administrator (m/f/x) at CLARK

CLARK, a leading insurtech company, is seeking a Senior IT Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on automation and SaaS management, transforming the IT department into an automation hub. The Senior IT Administrator will lead innovative projects, simplify processes, and improve performance by creating automated solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.

Role Involves:

• Administering and managing cloud services (Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Atlassian Cloud, etc.)
• Developing and implementing automation solutions to streamline IT/business processes
• Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement tailored technical solutions
• Planning, designing, and executing IT projects independently
• Defining, documenting, and maintaining best practices and support procedures
• Providing expert technical support for hardware, software, and infrastructure issues
• Proactively identifying and mitigating potential technical issues
• Mentoring junior staff
• Managing security configurations and responding to security incidents

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in internal IT services
• Proven expertise in automation with scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.) and/or iPaaS platforms
• Experience managing SaaS platforms, digital workspaces, and cloud directory services
• Experience in IT project management
• Good understanding of networking concepts
• Familiarity with security best practices and compliance frameworks
• Strong analytical abilities and effective communication
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently
• Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus
