ConnectWise is seeking a Workday Administrator to support the implementation, maintenance, and administration of their HRIS platform. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end experience for all colleagues.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to cross-functional teams with attention to detail.
  • Researching, analyzing, and documenting findings.
  • Building and monitoring Workday generated alerts and reports.
  • Creating custom dashboards with actionable insights.
  • Administering role-based permission assignments and automated permissions.
  • Developing and administering workflows to support business processes.
  • Assisting with monitoring connections to systems integrated with Workday.
  • Maintaining system configuration, data audits, and releases of new functionality.
  • Resolving technical system issues and recommending improvements.
  • Maintaining system setup and design.
  • Configuring and maintaining security profiles.
  • Partnering on the adoption of Workday major releases.
  • Providing technical guidance and training.
  • Leading and participating in system integration testing.
  • Developing functional configuration for new modules and updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience administering multiple Workday modules.
  • Practical knowledge of applicable work area.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and multi-task.
