ConnectWise is seeking a Workday Administrator to support the implementation, maintenance, and administration of their HRIS platform. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end experience for all colleagues.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing support to cross-functional teams with attention to detail.
- Researching, analyzing, and documenting findings.
- Building and monitoring Workday generated alerts and reports.
- Creating custom dashboards with actionable insights.
- Administering role-based permission assignments and automated permissions.
- Developing and administering workflows to support business processes.
- Assisting with monitoring connections to systems integrated with Workday.
- Maintaining system configuration, data audits, and releases of new functionality.
- Resolving technical system issues and recommending improvements.
- Maintaining system setup and design.
- Configuring and maintaining security profiles.
- Partnering on the adoption of Workday major releases.
- Providing technical guidance and training.
- Leading and participating in system integration testing.
- Developing functional configuration for new modules and updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience administering multiple Workday modules.
- Practical knowledge of applicable work area.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and multi-task.
