ConnectWise is seeking an Associate Account Manager to maintain post-sales relationships with partners. The role involves acting as a ConnectWise ambassador and working cross-functionally with the Partner Success team to assist in the expansion and diversification of partners' product service offerings and utilization.
- Provides support to the Account Management teams, with a high attention to detail
- Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
- Manages and supports a pre-defined list of accounts
- Focuses on outbound, proactive calls to cultivate additional business within the partner base
- Works in collaboration with other sellers within ConnectWise to maximize account coverage
- Maintains regular contact with several contacts at each Partner
- Uses forecast methodology to accurately manage existing pipeline
- Ensures NPS/CSAT satisfaction results
Requirements: - Ability to work independently on projects and processes with general supervision
- Practical knowledge of applicable work area
- Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per product requirements
- Ability to provide world-class customer service while finding opportunities to position sales of new and additional products and services
- Ability to effectively manage time and appropriately prioritize workload
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Familiar with MEDDIC/BANT Forecast Methodology
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM’s
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience
