ConnectWise is seeking an Associate Account Manager to maintain post-sales relationships with partners. The role involves acting as a ConnectWise ambassador and working cross-functionally with the Partner Success team to assist in the expansion and diversification of partners' product service offerings and utilization.
Provides support to the Account Management teams, with a high attention to detail
Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
Manages and supports a pre-defined list of accounts
Focuses on outbound, proactive calls to cultivate additional business within the partner base
Works in collaboration with other sellers within ConnectWise to maximize account coverage
Maintains regular contact with several contacts at each Partner
Uses forecast methodology to accurately manage existing pipeline
Ensures NPS/CSAT satisfaction results
Requirements:
Ability to work independently on projects and processes with general supervision
Practical knowledge of applicable work area
Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per product requirements
Ability to provide world-class customer service while finding opportunities to position sales of new and additional products and services
Ability to effectively manage time and appropriately prioritize workload
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Familiar with MEDDIC/BANT Forecast Methodology
Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM’s
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience
