ConnectWise is seeking an Associate Account Manager to maintain post-sales relationships with partners. The role involves acting as a ConnectWise ambassador and working cross-functionally with the Partner Success team to assist in the expansion and diversification of partners' product service offerings and utilization.
  • Provides support to the Account Management teams, with a high attention to detail
  • Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
  • Manages and supports a pre-defined list of accounts
  • Focuses on outbound, proactive calls to cultivate additional business within the partner base
  • Works in collaboration with other sellers within ConnectWise to maximize account coverage
  • Maintains regular contact with several contacts at each Partner
  • Uses forecast methodology to accurately manage existing pipeline
  • Ensures NPS/CSAT satisfaction results
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently on projects and processes with general supervision
  • Practical knowledge of applicable work area
  • Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per product requirements
  • Ability to provide world-class customer service while finding opportunities to position sales of new and additional products and services
  • Ability to effectively manage time and appropriately prioritize workload
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Familiar with MEDDIC/BANT Forecast Methodology
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM’s
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
