ConnectWise, a global software company, is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Tampa, FL. This role supports the sales team by generating new business opportunities through lead qualification and prospecting within existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales executives to identify new business opportunities.
- Make 75+ outbound calls daily to cultivate business.
- Use industry insights and ConnectWise value propositions to generate leads through various strategies.
- Uncover business needs through a consultative approach.
- Drive sales growth and pipeline by setting up qualified meetings.
- Match the appropriate solution to identified opportunities.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform routine tasks with limited supervision.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong team player.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of IT, Professional Services, CRM, or ERP markets.
- Exceptional positioning and qualification skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Broad knowledge of job procedures and tools (Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Outreach).
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience in a relevant field.
