Job Description
ConnectWise, a global software company, is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Tampa, FL. This role supports the sales team by generating new business opportunities through lead qualification and prospecting within existing accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales executives to identify new business opportunities.
  • Make 75+ outbound calls daily to cultivate business.
  • Use industry insights and ConnectWise value propositions to generate leads through various strategies.
  • Uncover business needs through a consultative approach.
  • Drive sales growth and pipeline by setting up qualified meetings.
  • Match the appropriate solution to identified opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Ability to perform routine tasks with limited supervision.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong team player.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized and self-motivated.
  • Knowledge of IT, Professional Services, CRM, or ERP markets.
  • Exceptional positioning and qualification skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Broad knowledge of job procedures and tools (Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Outreach).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in a relevant field.
