Data Analyst at ‎ConnectWise

ConnectWise is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data, building reports, and communicating strategic insights based on their analyses. This role involves working in partnership with cross-functional teams to effectively analyze data and translate it into actionable and self-service reports.

Responsibilities:

• Providing support to cross-functional teams
• Researching, analyzing, and documenting findings
• Building, documenting, analyzing, and communicating product metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), and reports
• Designing and building various reports and reporting dashboards
• Ensuring data is organized, captured, and designed to support business needs
• Defining recommended changes to existing reporting environments
• Translating data into digestible reports for technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of related experience
• Practical knowledge of applicable work area
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and other reporting design tools
• Understanding of relational databases and data processing concepts
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel and Access
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple, complex projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
