ConnectWise is seeking an Account Manager to maintain post-sales relationships with partners and act as a ConnectWise ambassador. The Account Manager will collaborate with the Partner Success team, focusing on expanding partners' product service offerings and utilization.
Responsibilities:
- Provides support to partners with a high attention to detail.
- Researches, analyzes, and documents findings.
- Manages and supports a pre-defined list of accounts.
- Focuses on outbound, proactive calls to cultivate additional business.
- Collaborates with other sellers and departments to maximize account coverage and resolve partner issues.
- Conducts quarterly business reviews.
- Proactively manages renewal notifications.
- Uses forecast methodology to manage pipeline.
- Ensures NPS/CSAT satisfaction results.
Requirements:
- Ability to manage projects independently.
- Advanced knowledge of sales initiatives.
- Ability to adapt to new technology and processes.
- Ability to provide customer service and identify sales opportunities.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Familiarity with MEDDIC/BANT Forecast Methodology.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM’s.
- Bachelor’s degree required in related field or equivalent business experience
- 3+ years of relevant experience
