Job Description
ConnectWise is seeking a Sales Engineer to assess product applications and offer solutions to meet customer needs. The Sales Engineer will partner with the Sales team to provide sales support, generate pipeline, and ensure successful product adoption through implementation and onboarding. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong technical and communication skills. ConnectWise values inclusivity and diversity.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides support to the Sales teams with high attention to detail.
  • Researches, analyzes, and documents findings.
  • Presents reports showing potential customers the cost benefit of company products.
  • Provides technical training to clients and communicates customer feedback.
  • Represents technical and functional aspects of products and proposes benefits.
  • Executes proof of concepts with prospects at both a technical and business level.
  • Recommends solutions that optimize value and addresses customer requirements.
  • Acts as a key point of contact for cross-functional teams to provide product knowledge.

Requirements:
  • Ability to manage projects and processes independently.
  • Advanced knowledge of applicable work area.
  • Ability to adapt and understand new technology.
  • Proven sales track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
