Sifflet, a data observability platform, is seeking a People Manager to join their team in Paris. The People Manager will play a pivotal role in the organization, serving as a bridge between departments and executives. They will facilitate and nurture the team's rapid growth, leveraging their expertise in talent management and organizational design within the technology sector. The People Manager will be instrumental in structuring the company and implementing internal processes to enhance performance as Sifflet scales.

Role Involves:

  • Coordinating with the CEO on company needs
  • Creating an engaging culture aligned with company values
  • Developing and implementing people strategies
  • Overseeing company structuring and organization
  • Designing compensation and benefits programs
  • Creating training and development programs
  • Developing talent acquisition strategies
  • Ensuring HR operations
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive company culture

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of HR Manager/Business Partner experience
  • Experience in an international environment (plus)
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English
  • Knowledge of French employment/labor laws
  • Full understanding of HR disciplines and best practices
  • Analytical and goal-oriented with multitasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
