Job Description

Ernest Packaging Solutions is seeking a Director of Client Relations in Portland, OR, to lead and grow an outside sales force. The Director will manage sales activities and foster customer loyalty. This role involves taking ownership of key account relationships, providing leadership to the sales force, and developing incremental growth through in-depth selling to existing and new customers.Responsibilities:

• Managing sales direction and functions.
• Exceeding sales objectives related to GTM production and customer loyalty.
• Supporting sales force’s growth.
• Nurturing supplier relationships.
• Maximizing account penetration.
• Responding to customer crises.
• Conducting sales reviews.
• Acting as a point person for sales-related issues.
• Implementing sales promotions.
• Leading monthly sales meetings.

Requirements:

• Previous B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience managing an outside sales team.
• Relevant business development experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
