Job Description
Logiwa, a leading provider of warehouse management and fulfillment software, is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to manage post-sales relationships with its customers. The candidate will be responsible for increasing adoption and product engagement, proactively tracking customer metrics to ensure value from the product.
The Senior Customer Success Manager will work closely with Sales, Onboarding, Support, and Product teams to provide a great customer experience. They use their fulfillment, e-commerce, warehouse operations, and Warehouse Management Systems knowledge to advise customers and look for opportunities to drive growth withing accounts.They will also manage relationships, create dashboards, and provide proactive engagement to minimize churn.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Sales, Onboarding, Support, and Product teams.
- Advise and partner with customers using knowledge of fulfillment, e-commerce, warehouse operations, and Warehouse Management Systems.
- Participate in account planning to drive growth and increase account spend.
- Manage relationships in Custify, create dashboards, and provide proactive engagement to minimize churn.
- Maintain up-to-date Logiwa application knowledge to articulate business value to customers.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience working within Warehouse Management Systems.
- 5+ years of experience owning customer accounts within a SaaS organization.
- Proven experience in upselling and managing churn.
- Excellent multitasking and project management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer management skills.
- BS/BA or equivalent experience.
