Logiwa, a provider of warehouse management and fulfillment software, is seeking a Solution Support Engineer (APAC) to provide advanced technical support to its customers. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving complex issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What the role involves:

  • Responding to customer inquiries/escalations via Zoom calls and emails.
  • Analyzing and diagnosing technical problems reported by customers.
  • Collaborating with software development, product management, and quality assurance teams.
  • Documenting troubleshooting procedures and creating knowledge base articles.
  • Logging and managing customer issues in a ticketing system.
  • Continuously evaluating and improving support processes.
  • Training and mentoring junior support engineers.
  • Collaborating with sales and account management teams.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and new technologies.

Requirements:

  • BS/MS in engineering or computer science, or industrial engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in providing technical support for WMS solutions.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations is a must.
  • Experience with WMS software applications is a must.
  • Advanced ability to analyze and resolve issues.
  • A good understanding of computer systems, printers, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to apply analytical and systems thinking to complex problems.
  • The ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Must be located in India and able to work remotely.
