Job Description
Logiwa is seeking a Solution Support Engineer (APAC) to provide advanced technical support to its customers. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving complex issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues via Zoom calls and emails.
- Analyze and diagnose technical problems reported by customers.
- Collaborate with software development, product management, and quality assurance teams.
- Document troubleshooting procedures and create knowledge base articles.
- Log and manage customer issues in a ticketing system.
- Continuously evaluate and improve support processes.
- Train and mentor junior support engineers.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.
Requirements:
- BS/MS in engineering, computer science, or industrial engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical support for WMS solutions.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations.
- Experience with WMS software applications.
- Advanced ability to analyze and resolve issues.
- Good understanding of computer systems, printers, and mobile devices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
