Job Description

Logiwa is seeking a Solution Support Engineer (APAC) to provide advanced technical support to its customers. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving complex issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues via Zoom calls and emails.
  • Analyze and diagnose technical problems reported by customers.
  • Collaborate with software development, product management, and quality assurance teams.
  • Document troubleshooting procedures and create knowledge base articles.
  • Log and manage customer issues in a ticketing system.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve support processes.
  • Train and mentor junior support engineers.
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.

Requirements:

  • BS/MS in engineering, computer science, or industrial engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical support for WMS solutions.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations.
  • Experience with WMS software applications.
  • Advanced ability to analyze and resolve issues.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
