Job Description
Logiwa is seeking a Solution Support Engineer (APAC) to provide advanced technical support to customers. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving complex issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues via Zoom calls and emails.
- Analyzing and diagnosing technical problems reported by customers.
- Collaborating with software development, product management, and quality assurance teams.
- Documenting troubleshooting procedures and creating knowledge base articles.
- Logging and managing customer issues in a ticketing system.
- Continuously evaluating and improving support processes.
- Training and mentoring junior support engineers.
- Collaborating with sales and account management teams.
- Staying updated on industry trends and new technologies.
Requirements:
- BS/MS in engineering, computer science, or industrial engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical support for WMS solutions.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations.
- Experience with WMS software applications.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of computer systems, printers, and mobile devices.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
