Job Description
Logiwa is seeking a Solution Support Engineer (APAC) to provide advanced technical support to customers. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving complex issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Responsibilities include:
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues via Zoom calls and emails.
  • Analyzing and diagnosing technical problems reported by customers.
  • Collaborating with software development, product management, and quality assurance teams.
  • Documenting troubleshooting procedures and creating knowledge base articles.
  • Logging and managing customer issues in a ticketing system.
  • Continuously evaluating and improving support processes.
  • Training and mentoring junior support engineers.
  • Collaborating with sales and account management teams.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and new technologies.
Requirements:
  • BS/MS in engineering, computer science, or industrial engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical support for WMS solutions.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations.
  • Experience with WMS software applications.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of computer systems, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
