Job Description

RxSense is seeking a Principal Automation Engineer to join their Quality Engineering team. The ideal candidate will design and implement test automation strategies, leveraging AI-driven testing approaches. The candidate will optimize testing processes for healthcare applications.

The Principal Automation Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of RxSense's healthcare platform. This involves database validation, performance testing, and integration with CI/CD pipelines. The candidate should also be comfortable working in both Princeton, NJ or remotely.

Role Involves:

• Designing and implementing AI-driven test automation frameworks.
• Developing and maintaining automated test scripts.
• Performing complex SQL queries for data validation.
• Leading performance testing efforts.
• Integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentoring SDETs and QA engineers.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Strong healthcare industry experience.
• Expertise in SQL and database validation.
• Experience with web, mobile, API, and database test automation.
• Knowledge of AI-driven testing approaches.
• Proficiency in a programming language (Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript).
• Understanding of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, HITRUST, etc.).
