Job Description
Stellic is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead the implementation of its degree management platform for enterprise partners. The Implementation Manager will manage implementation projects, working with Stellic's engineering, integration, and product teams. This role is part of the Partner Success team and focuses on delivering value to college and university partners.
Role involves:
- Leading the implementation process for multiple simultaneous projects.
- Providing an amazing onboarding experience for partners.
- Serving as a point of contact for partners, building trust and providing a positive experience.
- Driving high adoption through product training.
- Collaborating with Sales, Integration, Product, and Marketing teams.
