DevEx Engineer at Stellic

Stellic is seeking a Lead DevEx Engineer to build, maintain, and optimize its engineering infrastructure. The engineer will build and maintain internal platforms and toolchains, ensuring reliability, security, and performance across both single-tenant and multi-tenant architectures. What this role involves:

• Architecting, automating, and maintaining cloud infrastructure.
• Managing multi-tenant and single-tenant environments.
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Incident management and observability.
• Championing system resilience and performance.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a DevEx / DevOps or site reliability engineer operating at scale
• Strong ownership mindset and the ability to autonomously lead
• Deep experience with cloud infrastructure on AWS
• Proven success in supporting both multi-tenant and single-tenant architectures
• Expertise with incident management and observability; bonus if you’ve worked with Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry, or DataDog
• Experience owning CI/CD pipelines and automating deployments at scale
• A track record of delivering fault tolerance, reliability, security, and performance in everything you build
• Strong proficiency in scripting (in any language) and automation
