Mid to Senior UX/UI Designer (Remote) at Zemoga

Zemoga, a leading design and technology firm, is seeking a Mid to Senior UX/UI Designer to join their team in Bogotá, Colombia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the end-to-end product design process and have excellent problem-solving skills. The designer will be an expert and advocate within a product squad, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including clients, stakeholders, engineers and product owners.

Role Involves:

• Creating user-centered designs
• Designing UI, information architecture and interaction flow
• Implementing overall product strategy
• Sharing design process insights with stakeholders
• Providing guidance to other team members

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience designing responsive websites and/or apps
• Proficiency in market analysis, customer feedback and usability findings
• Experience with user experience mapping
• Understanding of mobile standards, systems design, and agile development
• Good English skills
