The Salesforce Developer will collaborate with other developers, ensure system performance, create technical documentation, mentor junior developers, implement tests, contribute to project architecture, and lead complex back-end development projects.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in Salesforce development using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with Salesforce declarative tools like Flow, Experience Cloud, and Lightning App Builder.
- Proficiency in developing REST APIs in Apex.
- Understanding of API design best practices.
- Knowledge of API security, including authentication and authorization (API Gateway and STS).
- Experience with Flosum (desirable).
