Role involves:

  • Understanding business needs and ensuring value delivery.
  • Designing architectures and evaluating technologies.
  • Implementing data pipelines for data democratization using a Data Mesh architecture.
  • Developing reusable components like connectors, APIs, SDKs, and CLIs.
  • Testing and automating processes.
  • Validating and adapting components based on user feedback.
  • Collaborating on technological innovation.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of large-scale data processing (Apache Spark, Hadoop, Hive, etc.).
  • Experience with AWS Data & Analytics services (Glue, EMR, Athena, Quicksight).
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Familiarity with AWS services (S3, Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, API Gateway).
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Proficiency in DevOps practices and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CodePipeline, etc.).
