Solutions Executive at Internal Board - for Logistics Hourly Paid Employees Only

Ocado Group is seeking a Solutions Executive to join their team. This role is based in Hatfield and operates on a hybrid model, requiring 2 days in the office. The Solutions Executive will play a crucial part in delivering the Ocado Smart Platform (OSP) to partners and representing partner priorities within Ocado.

The successful candidate will support Solutions Managers, gaining insight into the role and contributing to account initiatives. The role involves managing OSP Connect tickets, partner queries, and new partner requests, as well as leading projects on partner accounts.

Role Involves:

• Supporting the Solutions Management team in managing the Partner Roadmap and New Requests.
• Following up on feature development, facilitating conversations with Technology, and ensuring partner questions are answered.
• Working with Partner/Account Teams to maintain positive Partner relationships and consistent messaging.
• Organising and facilitating internal and Partner facing meetings.
• Ensuring knowledgeable understanding of the OSP Platform and Partner Roadmap elements.
• Owning specific projects for various Partners.

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent in French or Spanish.
• Experience working cross-functionally and across regions.
• Experience in managing strategic partnerships or client relationships.
• Interest in technical complex subjects and technologies.
• Ability to understand online grocery retail processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
