Ocado Group is seeking a Category Lead to develop and execute the company's global installation strategy. This role is crucial for shaping Ocado's global installation capabilities by sourcing qualified suppliers and managing international contracts.
The Category Lead will be responsible for:
- Strategically sourcing qualified suppliers internationally.
- Executing tenders and awarding global installation contracts.
- Managing supplier performance and relationships.
- Ensuring value for money and delivery certainty.
- Maintaining resilience in the installation supply chain.
Ocado is looking for candidates with:
- Experience in procuring international construction/engineering installation contractors.
- Effective supplier management skills.
- Experience working with global project and engineering development teams.
- Supplier negotiation and development skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
