Ocado Technology is seeking an Oracle Cloud Fusion Analyst to join the Financial Systems Team. The analyst will provide frontline support for Oracle Fusion, resolving support issues and participating in change requests from initial request to production implementation. The role involves assisting the business on new projects and deliverables, maintaining the integrity of financial information, and supporting end users in adopting Oracle Fusion.
The Oracle Cloud Fusion Analyst will collaborate with Support Analysts, work with the Application Manager on change requests, manage incident queues, build rapport with business users, manage service requests, complete impact assessments, support users with quarterly updates, highlight trends, escalate major incidents, and document key processes.
This role offers hybrid working patterns, where 2/3 days can be spent working remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with Support Analysts across Oracle Financial Systems Team.
- Working closely with the Application Manager to ensure change requests are completed via the change management process.
- Managing queues of incidents through to resolution ensuring that the resolution is documented and resolved, seeking advice from Oracle Support if unable to resolve.
- Building rapport and credibility with business users for continual service improvement.
- Documenting key processes and create ‘How to’ guides to share best practice and support other team members.
Requirements:
- Experience working as an Oracle ERP/Fusion Support Analyst (or functional consultant) for Oracle ERP Applications (Fusion cloud) for Supply Chain Modules.
- Oracle Fusion SME on SCM (Procurement, Inventory, Costing,Planning, Supply Chain Financial Orchestration ).
- Understanding and experience in Configurations/Customisations, Extensions, Modifications, Localisations, Interfaces (CEMLIs).
- Experience on Business Process Management (BPM) workflows / OBI / OTBI / SmartView.
- Experience of managing Oracle Service Requests, including Sev-1 SRs, and the SR escalation process.
- Able to troubleshoot problems, including functional replication of issues.
- Experience of change control management and release management.
- Management of change requests through development and testing lifecycle, conforming to industry standard and within scope.
- Demonstrate professionalism: Being responsive, reliable, and putting the customer first.
