Leapwork is seeking an Associate Automation Architect to drive the successful adoption of their visual test automation platform. This role involves working with enterprise customers to help them with automation strategy, implementation, and troubleshooting. The architect will act as a mentor, using deep technical knowledge of the Leapwork product.
Role Responsibilities:
- Understand customer's requirements and propose automation solutions.
- Perform test automation requirement analysis, test strategy design, and automation estimation.
- Collaborate with different teams to assure architectural solutions.
- Review customer's automated test scripts and provide guidance.
- Design and develop proofs-of-concept and demos.
- Assist pre-sales and sales in client conversations.
- Provide test automation effort estimation.
- Assist customer success team to ensure product value creation.
- Help customers in onboarding, adoption, and scaling.
- Troubleshoot complex automation issues.
- Create knowledge base and training materials.
- Ensure customer feedback is incorporated.
- Engage with clients in pre- and post-sales activities to ensure adoption.
Technical Qualifications/ Role Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of proven Automation Experience.
- Understanding of Enterprise Architecture and IT systems.
- Working Knowledge on Automation Frameworks.
- Excellent Leadership and convincing skills.
- Working Knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium Web Driver/VSTS/UFT/Any RPA tools etc.
- Knowledge of at least one programming knowledge like C#/Java/Python
- Good presentation and excellent communication skills
- Experienced with agile, DevOps processes, source control, database, and CI/CD implementation
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
