Alma is seeking a Customer Care Officer to join their Operations team in Lille, France. This role involves providing support to merchants and customers, managing debt collection, and onboarding new merchants. The Customer Care Officer will be responsible for handling requests via email and phone, interacting with stakeholders, and contributing to process improvements.

The position requires working from Wednesday to Sunday, 12:00 to 20:00, with a hybrid work policy allowing 2 days of remote work per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer and merchant requests requiring in-depth analysis via email and phone.
  • Guide users in the use of Alma's payment solution.
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders to respond to their requests and provide support.
  • Understand and anticipate needs to improve processes and tools.
  • Participate in the upgrading of newcomers' skills.

Requirements:

  • Good written communication skills in French and English.
  • Open and friendly with good communication and empathy.
  • Perseverant and able to bounce back from difficulties.
  • Autonomous and resourceful in finding solutions.
  • Rigorous and organized with a methodical approach.
  • Demanding and reliable with a commitment to quality.
  • Ideally, have prior experience in a similar role.
