Alma is seeking a Key Account Manager to support growth and consolidate their European leadership in the BNPL market. This role is crucial in driving the adoption of Alma's solutions and boosting revenue through key customer relationships.The Key Account Manager will:
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
  • Promote continued adoption of Alma solutions.
  • Design and execute annual business development strategies.
  • Develop relationships with C-Level stakeholders.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Develop pricing strategies.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in key account management or complex sales, ideally in financial services or technology.
  • Experience with MEDDPIC or Value Selling.
  • Capacity to create and drive business cases with C-Level executives.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills.
