Alma is experiencing exponential growth, and is seeking a Senior Account Manager to play a key role in positioning Alma as a true business partner with its top merchants. The Account Manager will be in charge of a portfolio of large accounts, working closely with them to ensure their success.
The Account Manager team was created in March 2021, offering the opportunity to shape the function. The Senior Account Manager will report to the Account Manager Team Lead and collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Retail Training, and Merchant Support teams.
