Alma is experiencing exponential growth and seeks a Senior Account Manager to position the company as a key business partner for its top merchants. This role involves managing a portfolio of large accounts and working closely with them to ensure their success. The Account Manager team is relatively new, offering the opportunity to shape the function.Reporting to the Account Manager Team Lead, the Senior Account Manager will collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Retail Training, and Merchant Support teams.
Key responsibilities include: - Managing, negotiating, and retaining a portfolio of large accounts.
- Establishing trustful relationships with Alma’s large merchants.
- Serving as the key point of communication for merchant stakeholders.
- Delivering meaningful insights through performance analysis.
- Identifying up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and developing strategic plans.
- Ensuring accounts maximize the benefits of Alma's tools.
- Conveying merchant feedback to Product & Engineering teams.
The ideal candidate will have: - 2 to 6 years of experience in Sales or Account Management, preferably in the Tech industry.
- Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.
- Strong commercial skills and negotiation abilities.
- Comfort managing a portfolio using KPIs.
- A commitment to high-quality work and reliability.
