Fraud Project Manager at Alma

Alma is seeking a Fraud Project Manager to join their Risk team in Paris. The Fraud Team's mission is to enable Alma to develop rapidly and serenely, ensuring sustainable growth by managing customer fraud, merchant fraud, and compliance risks. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in customer-focused Fraud & AML-CFT team.

Role Involves:

• Managing fraud-related projects autonomously, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Implementing scoring and manual review rules to combat fraud by analyzing customer fraud patterns.
• Providing technical and functional support and training to Risk & Fraud Officers on fraud & AML/CFT topics.
• Conducting enhanced investigations on escalated alerts related to potential AML-CFT activities.
• Defining processes to support field teams in fraud prevention.
• Monitoring KPIs and updating the anti-fraud alert system.

Requirements:

• Ability to work autonomously and manage projects independently.
• Proficiency in IT tools and understanding of cyber and technological aspects of fraud.
• Interest in fraud & scams, e-commerce, fintechs, and technology.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Proactive decision-making ability in the absence of complete information.
• Expertise in fraud and financial crime, with knowledge of electronic banking.
