Alma is seeking a People Operations Manager to cover a maternity leave from June 2025 to early January 2026. The role is part-time (60-80%) and focuses on ensuring a seamless employee experience, operational excellence, and alignment with business objectives. The People Operations Manager will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, drive data-driven HR strategies, and co-develop impactful people programs while managing a team of two.Alma's People team aims to provide a top-notch employee experience while supporting business and organizational growth.   • Supervising the full employee lifecycle.
  • Overseeing payroll in collaboration with providers.
  • Guiding the People Operations team.
  • Co-developing and implementing key people programs.
  • Supervising HR data reporting, governance, and analysis.
  • Leveraging technologies to automate and enhance processes.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in HR, ideally in a tech, agile, or fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in leading people programs and driving HR projects.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance strategy with execution.
  • Experience in HR data governance and analysis.
  • Experience in HR systems (HCM, HRIS, Performance & Engagement tools).
  • Knowledge about Lucca and/or Lattice is a plus.
  • Experience in Payroll Supervision and French labor law at a proficient level.
  • Fluent in English.
