Alma is seeking a People Operations Manager to cover a maternity leave from June 2025 to early January 2026. The role is part-time (60-80%) and focuses on ensuring a seamless employee experience, operational excellence, and alignment with business objectives. The People Operations Manager will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, drive data-driven HR strategies, and co-develop impactful people programs while managing a team of two.Alma's People team aims to provide a top-notch employee experience while supporting business and organizational growth. Role involves: - Supervising the full employee lifecycle.
- Overseeing payroll in collaboration with providers.
- Guiding the People Operations team.
- Co-developing and implementing key people programs.
- Supervising HR data reporting, governance, and analysis.
- Leveraging technologies to automate and enhance processes.
Requirements: - 10+ years of experience in HR, ideally in a tech, agile, or fast-paced environment.
- Experience in leading people programs and driving HR projects.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance strategy with execution.
- Experience in HR data governance and analysis.
- Experience in HR systems (HCM, HRIS, Performance & Engagement tools).
- Knowledge about Lucca and/or Lattice is a plus.
- Experience in Payroll Supervision and French labor law at a proficient level.
- Fluent in English.
