Alma is experiencing exceptional growth since its creation in 2018, acquiring hundreds of new merchants monthly. Now collaborating with over 19,000 merchants across 10 European countries, Alma focuses on acquiring new Mid-Market accounts. The Account Executive on the Small and Medium Business market role is crucial for Alma's sales success.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and conquering new SMB accounts with turnovers ranging from €2M to €10M in the French e-commerce and retail sectors
  • Using cold calling, cold emailing, social media, and other channels to effectively engage prospects
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting, leads qualification to negotiation and contract signature, and primarily engaging with C-Level Executives
  • Driving deals forward in the pipeline and achieve meaningful results
  • Representing Alma at trade shows and conferences in France 🇫🇷 and Europe 🇪🇺
  • Contributing to the optimization of internal processes to support Alma's scalability

Requirements:

  • 2 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role, selling B2B solutions
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience selling in a competitive market
  • Organized and structured with a good accountability sense
