Job Description

Alma is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to expand its customer base in Italy. Since Alma's creation in 2018, the company has experienced exceptional growth, collaborating with 19,000+ merchants across 10 European countries. The acquisition of new Enterprise accounts is a strategic focus.

The Enterprise Account Executive will play a crucial role in Alma's sales success, focusing on the Italian market.

Role Involves:

  • Developing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Creating and maintaining an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature
  • Representing Alma at trade shows and conferences in Italy and Europe
  • Contributing to the optimization of internal processes

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar B2B sales function, preferably in fintech
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise sales process
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-Level buyer personas
  • Fluency in Italian and English
