Activesoft, a part of Arco Educação, is seeking a Customer Success Consultant III to join their team. The company provides a comprehensive school management solution, offering tools to optimize academic, financial, and administrative processes in educational institutions. Activesoft aims to facilitate the present for those building the future by optimizing team efforts and ensuring a global view of the institution for managers.

The Customer Success Consultant will be responsible for accompanying clients throughout their value journey with Activesoft, a school management SaaS focused on private schools. They will be essential in ensuring retention, anticipating challenges, reversing dissatisfactions, and fostering sales opportunities, building long-term relationships based on trust and concrete results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing relationships with clients, monitoring Health Scores, and proactively optimizing success indicators.
  • Accompanying and guiding clients during the initial implementation of solutions, ensuring a smooth and successful integration experience.
  • Developing strategies that ensure continuous engagement of clients, highlighting the value of the solutions offered.
  • Identifying and fostering new sales opportunities, promoting the use of additional features and complementary services.
  • Identifying dissatisfied clients, acting quickly to solve problems, and negotiating cancellation reversals.

Requirements:

  • Experience with tools like Pipefy, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
  • Knowledge of management systems or the education market.
  • Interpersonal skills, such as empathy, active listening, and problem-solving.
  • Logical reasoning, systemic thinking, and ability to deal with problems analytically and in a structured manner.
