ClassApp, a company within the Arco Educação Group, is seeking an Analista de Parcerias II to drive strategic partnerships and expand its client base. The role involves identifying and prospecting new partner companies, maintaining relationships with existing partners, and collaborating with marketing and enablement teams to develop sales materials. The candidate will also be responsible for collecting and analyzing data related to partnerships, training partner sales teams, and monitoring project execution.

Role Involves:

  • Identifying and prospecting new partner companies
  • Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing partners
  • Participating in meetings and presentations with partners
  • Collaborating with marketing and enablement teams to develop sales materials
  • Collecting and analyzing data related to partnerships
  • Training sales teams of partner companies
  • Executing and monitoring projects involving partners
  • Developing personalized strategies for each partner

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in administration, communication, journalism, marketing, PR, production engineering, or economics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and organized with strong negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or relationship management
  • Residence in São Paulo
