ClassApp, a company of Grupo Arco Educação, is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team in São Paulo. ClassApp aims to transform education by fostering closer relationships between schools and families, impacting over 1,300 schools and 1 million users.In this role, the SDR will:
  • Identify, validate, and qualify potential clients.
  • Engage with schools via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
  • Schedule meetings with pre-defined personas and SLAs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Measure and evaluate pre-sales data, including conversion rates and funnel performance.
