Responsibilities include:

• Developing strategies and projects for process optimization.
• Analyzing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Structuring and monitoring Retention and Expansion metrics.
• Facilitating communication between teams.
• Elaborating and implementing action plans for continuous improvements.

Requirements:

• Strategic vision and ability to connect operational tasks to organizational goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Technical skills: SQL, data analysis, Excel or Google Sheets.
