The company, isaac, is looking for a Strategic Account Manager I to join their team in São Paulo. isaac is described as the largest platform of financial solutions made for schools. They empower institutions by offering guaranteed revenue and providing more flexible payment options for families. isaac aims to facilitate financial management, eliminating headaches and allowing schools to focus on their educational mission.

This role involves:

• Developing in-depth knowledge about various areas of the company.
• Prospecting and captivating large schools in the private sector.
• Understanding the pain points and motivations of each manager.
• Identifying market opportunities and improvements for the product to better serve large colleges.
• Constantly updating the CRM.
• Developing creative actions to engage all colleges in the funnel.
• Conducting negotiations, often involving the financial aspects of the college.

The requirements are:

• Ability to conduct negotiations in a transparent, firm, and honest manner.
• Clear, structured, and effective communication.
• Familiarity with and management of sales funnels.
• Good energy for traveling and no restrictions on being allocated to manage clients anywhere in Brazil.
• Enjoy learning and wanting to be part of a winning team.
• Direct communication skills.
• Ability to handle constant changes.
