This role involves driving institutional growth by offering guaranteed revenue and flexible payment options to families. The consultant will play a key role in easing financial management for schools, enabling them to focus on education.

Responsibilities:
- Deeply understand various areas of the company.
- Prospect and engage private sector universities.
- Utilize solid experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education sector.
- Understand the pain points and motivations of each manager.
- Identify market opportunities and improvements to better serve universities.
- Maintain and update the CRM system.
- Develop creative engagement actions for all universities in the funnel.
- Conduct negotiations, often involving the financial aspects of the university.
Requirements:
- Ability to conduct negotiations transparently and firmly.
- Clear, structured, and effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with and management of sales funnels.
- Willingness to travel and be assigned to clients anywhere in Brazil.
- Eagerness to learn and be part of a winning team.
- Proactive communication skills and attentive listening.
- Ability to handle constant changes.
