Isaac, the leading financial solutions platform for schools, is seeking a Business Analyst II to join their Demand Generation team. This role involves leading processes, projects, and data analysis for Isaac's referral channels. The Business Analyst II will play a key role in driving growth and improving processes within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting detailed analyses of referral channel data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Monitoring channel performance, defining key metrics and goals to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
• Communicating insights clearly and concisely to internal teams and external partners.
• Developing processes from scratch, optimizing tool utilization, and tracking success metrics.
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of initiatives, proposing continuous improvements.
• Leading projects involving data analysis to improve processes.
• Utilizing tools such as Google Sheets/Excel, Metabase, SQL, Salesforce, and Zapier.

Requirements:

• Academic background in business, administration, data analysis, or related fields.
• Prior experience in business operations or data analysis.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and transform it into actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Initiative to propose continuous improvements and adjust strategies based on results.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and Excel.
