The Talent Acquisition Specialist at isaac will manage the full recruitment cycle, from strategy to candidate evaluation. This involves aligning profiles with managers, conducting interviews, and ensuring top talent acquisition.

The role requires efficient selection processes, using recruitment tools, promoting a positive candidate experience, and advising leadership on market trends. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also analyze recruitment metrics, propose improvements, and lead talent attraction projects.

isaac is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to enhance their team. This person will be instrumental in driving the company's talent strategy and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.


Role involves:
  • Conducting end-to-end selection processes for various seniority levels.
  • Conducting competency-based interviews and supporting managers in decision-making.
  • Monitoring and presenting funnel and process indicators, performing analyses to support TA leadership in strategic actions.
  • Being a strategic partner who influences, challenges, and motivates stakeholders, candidates, and leaders to achieve the best results.
  • Ensuring Talent Acquisition processes are followed.
  • Utilizing various innovative sources and methods to attract, engage, and recruit highly qualified candidates.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related areas.
  • Previous experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in startups or tech companies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with a high volume of vacancies and challenging deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools (Applicant Tracking System) - Greenhouse, Inhire, Gupy, among others.
  • Ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to manage processes and tasks.
