Isaac, a leading financial solutions platform for schools, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for defining recruitment strategies, aligning profiles with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates to ensure the best talent is hired.
The role involves conducting efficient selection processes, utilizing recruitment tools, promoting a positive candidate experience, and acting as a consultant to leadership by providing insights on market trends. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also analyze recruitment metrics to propose continuous improvements and lead talent attraction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various seniority levels.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and support managers in decision-making.
- Monitor and present funnel and process indicators, supporting strategic actions based on data.
- Serve as a strategic partner, influencing and motivating stakeholders, candidates, and leaders.
- Ensure compliance with Talent Acquisition processes.
- Use innovative methods to attract and recruit qualified candidates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Prior experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in startups or tech companies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of vacancies and challenging deadlines.
- Familiarity with ATS tools (Greenhouse, Inhire, Gupy, etc.).
- Ability to use data for informed decision-making.
- Process and task management skills.
