Isaac, a major financial solutions platform for schools, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Fullstack to join their team. This role is within a team focused on safeguarding clients' sensitive data and maintaining access management structures.
The Sr Software Engineer - Fullstack will collaborate with product and design teams to build high-quality software solutions, aligning implementations with product and engineering managers based on impact, speed, and quality trade-offs. The team member will also help identify and mitigate risks, mentor technical team members, and promote software engineering best practices.

Role Involves:
- Leading implementation with a development team.
- Collaborating with Product and Design for solution construction.
- Partnering with Product Manager and Engineering Manager for alignment.
- Helping the team identify and mitigate risks.
- Training team members in software engineering best practices.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in software development or equivalent technical capability.
- Strong knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Solid knowledge of a backend programming language.
- Solid knowledge in a JS framework (React or Vue, preferred).
- Solid knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
