Sprinter is seeking an Apparel Developer to contribute to the continuous improvement of products from a technical perspective, enhancing quality in accordance with standards and legislation, and ensuring product conformity. The Apparel Developer will collaborate with the China office to manage suppliers, resolve issues, and improve processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sending documentation to suppliers.
  • Managing product development and sample approval.
  • Monitoring orders and production plans.
  • Collaborating with design, purchasing, quality, logistics, and import areas.
  • Defining target prices and negotiating with suppliers.
  • Analyzing the competitors.
  • Giving weekly feedback to coordinator.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Training in Pattern Making, Clothing, and Textile Design (FP Superior, CFGS, or similar).
  • Knowledge of the product stages.
  • Advanced level of Excel.
  • B2 level of English.
