The role involves:

• Payroll: Participating in the payroll process and resolving employee queries.
• Talent Acquisition: Supporting recruitment processes for Head Office and retail positions.
• Buying: Supporting the purchasing team to ensure timely supply of products and services.
• Content: Creating clear and engaging product descriptions, optimizing content for search engines.
• Content Design: Improving employee experience through audiovisual content and internal event support alongside the Employee Experience and Corporate Development team.
• Stock Optimization: Supporting stock management from warehouse to customer ensuring efficiency.
• Store Maintenance: Participating in preventive and corrective controls using Excel, Salesforce and SAP for billing, reporting expenses and costs.
• General Maintenance: Creating and analyzing databases, managing and analyzing energy bills, and processing energy consumption.
• Automated Facilities Maintenance: Participating in the design, implementation, and maintenance of automation and control systems.

Requirements include:

• Enrollment in a university degree or postgraduate studies in relevant fields.
• B2 level of English.
• Availability to intern at the central offices in Alicante, Spain.
• Ability to establish a collaboration agreement with Universities and/or Study Centers.
