Sprinter is seeking a Property Administrator to support the Legal department. The Property Administrator will be responsible for reviewing and drafting contracts for all ISRG group store locations. This role is based in Alicante.
Responsibilities:
- Providing legal support in drafting and reviewing new and existing lease agreements.
- Analyzing, drafting, and reviewing specific contractual clauses, identifying legal risks.
- Registering contractual data and preparing corresponding reports.
- Developing and managing documentation for contracts and current regulations of leased premises.
- Advising the property department, resolving queries, and assessing legal risks of the group's commercial premises.
- Developing written communications to landlords or property owners of leased premises.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience.
- Advanced level in Microsoft Office package.
- B2 level of English.
