Sprinter is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee the store team, drive sales, and maximize profitability. The Assistant Store Manager will provide excellent customer service, exceed KPIs, and adhere to company procedures.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues.
- Managing, training, motivating, and coordinating the store team.
- Analyzing reports to make informed decisions to boost sales.
- Managing store resources efficiently.
- Implementing visual merchandising techniques to attract customers.
- Maintaining stock cleanliness and presentation.
- Assisting in onboarding and training new staff.
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and safety regulations.
Requirements include:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or in people management within the retail sector is recommended.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
