Floor Manager Sprinter Splau at Sprinter

Sprinter is seeking a Floor Manager for their store in Cornellà de Llobregat, Barcelona. The Floor Manager will support the assistant managers and managers in maintaining and improving customer service levels. He/she will assist in supervising all store personnel while upholding store standards. This role involves managing certain daily processes as directed by the store manager or assistant manager.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and complaints.
• Ensure sales staff appearance aligns with company guidelines.
• Supervise service levels to maximize sales and achieve targets.
• Utilize reports to optimize the placement of key sales lines.
• Implement visual merchandising techniques to attract and engage customers.
• Assist in maintaining sales area standards.
• Keep stock clean and presentable.
• Promote team progress and assist in onboarding and training new staff.
• Support the development of existing staff and ensure completion of evaluations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a supervisor or in people management within the retail sector is recommended.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
