Sprinter is seeking a Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales, and maximize store profitability while delivering excellent customer service. The Store Manager will ensure adherence to company procedures and policies, professionally representing Sprinter.

Role involves:

  • Providing excellent customer service and addressing queries and complaints.
  • Managing, training, motivating, and coordinating the store team.
  • Analyzing reports to enhance sales and achieve objectives.
  • Managing store resources efficiently.
  • Implementing visual merchandising techniques to attract customers.
  • Maintaining stock cleanliness and presentation.
  • Fostering team development and providing onboarding and training.
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and PRL regulations.
  • Supervising compliance with profit protection standards.

Requirements include:

  • Previous experience as Assistant Store Manager or in people management in retail.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
